Yoga for Mamas
Yoga For Mama’s is a hatha postnatal and prenatal yoga class honoring mothers and babies during the childbearing year. Practicing yoga during this time can help to relax the mind, strengthen the body, alleviate discomfort and support the growing bond between a mother and her baby. Gentle yoga poses combined with breath are taught to bring awareness to the changes in the body that occur during pregnancy, labor and delivery, and the postpartum period. Class is held in a warm, supportive space with an emphasis on celebrating the journey to mothering! Prenatal mamas and mamas and babies 12 months and younger are welcome.
Yoga for Mamas meets Monday mornings 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
Drop-In Single Class (space permitting)– $18, pay at the door
7-week series – $110
14-week series – $190
You may register for class ANYTIME space permitting. If you join a class after the start date your fee will be prorated according to the # of weeks remaining in the series.
