Each yoga class is structured to fit the needs of the students. Modifications are provided.

Therapeutic Yoga: Small group or individual classes that combine traditional “talk therapy” with the use of yoga techniques to address specific mental and physical health concerns.
Prenatal/Postnatal “Mama Yoga” class: honoring pregnancy, motherhood, & our children encouraging participants to share their pregnancy and postpartum journey.
Yin Yoga: A grounding and meditative experience which pairs poses with sensory enhancement each week.
Bodhi-Flow Yoga: a slow, strong, and smooth vinyasa class.
