The Phoenix Fund

At Hygeia Center for Healing Arts, we believe that high quality integrative health and wellness services have the potential to transform and enrich the lives of many individuals and families within our community. Further, we believe that every person should have access to these services regardless of income level.

We are committed to partnering with our community to provide funding assistance for individuals and families who would otherwise be unable to access our services. We achieve this through donations, grants, and earned income. Funding assistance is based on financial need and available resources. Please see below for more information.

We welcome your application to receive reduced-fee services or attend classes at the Hygeia Center for Healing Arts. Application for Phoenix Funds is a two-part process.

Fill out the online form requesting a reduced-fee consultation with the practitioner you are wishing to see or enrollment in class. Someone from Hygeia will contact you to let you know what the fee for your consultation or class will be and to schedule your initial visit or complete your registration.

During your initial consultation you and your practitioner will create a 3-6 month treatment plan. This plan will be submitted, along with income verification, to the Phoenix Fund Coordinator. You will be notified of approval for Phoenix Funds. At the end of your treatment plan you and your care provider may submit a request for funds for additional services.

Class registration completes the approval process for reduced-fee classes. You must reapply for each class you wish to attend.

Phoenix grant approval is based on a sliding fee scale, designed to accommodate your healthcare and educational needs, as well as your individual financial situation. Grants are awarded based on personal need, as well as our available financial resources.

We look forward to working with you.
